- No Physical Liability: Baron Machine Company is not responsible for the physical manufacturing, material selection, or final application of any part produced using our digital files.
- User Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that any physical part manufactured from our digital files meets all necessary safety, regulatory, and engineering standards for its intended use. We assume no liability for any defects, failures, injuries, or damages resulting from the physical production or use of parts based on our digital products.
